Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For items that are in stock I will ship your order out within three working days upon receiving the payment. Everything will be well packed and secured and sent via Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije) with tracking. 

International orders are sent via Standard Priority Shipping which is always tracked. I will send you your tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is at any given time.

For custom made orders - shipping times depend on what I am making for you. Usual shipping times are listed under the listings.

For pre-orders - as noted in the item description, you are placing an order before it is made to get the early bird price. Orders will ship as soon as I get the items delivered to me.

Returns & Refund

There is a 10-day return policy, which means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item I receive back from you, must be clean, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders, sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Ownership of the artwork: Who actually owns the artwork?

I, Nina Špolar - Nini, retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me at [email protected]. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without my written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.
